• Rash
• Breathing or swallowing challenges
• Nausea
• Extreme fatigue
• Uncommon bruising or bleeding

• Reduced appetite
• Stomach ache in the top right corner
• Eyes or skin that have a yellow tint
• Fever, persistent cough and congestion, sore throat, or other indicators of illness
• Uncommon bruising or bleeding
• Stool that is dark and tarry
• Bench with a reddish tint

The use of dactinomycin may make you more likely to get other malignancies. Discuss the dangers of getting a dactinomycin injection with your doctor.

Keep all of your appointments with your physician and the lab. To determine how well your body is responding to dactinomycin, your doctor will prescribe a few tests.

You should keep a written record of every medication you take, including any over-the-counter (OTC) items, prescription drugs, and dietary supplements like vitamins and minerals.
