Directions
Follow the directions for using Olux provided by your doctor. Olux comes with a patient information leaflet. Read it carefully. Ask your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist any questions that you may have about this medicine. TO USE THIS MEDICINE: turn the can upside down and dispense a small amount of this medicine into the cap of the can, onto a clean saucer, or other cool, clean surface, or directly onto the affected area, taking care to avoid contact with the eyes. Dispensing directly onto the hand is not recommended, as the foam will melt immediately upon touching warm skin. Gently rub the medicine into the affected scalp area until the foam disappears. This medicine should not be used on the face, groin, or armpits. Wash your hands after applying this medicine. DO NOT BANDAGE OR WRAP the affected area unless directed otherwise by your doctor. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, apply it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
